I had the pleasure of meeting Dale on a number of occasions. In every encounter I was in the presence of a true gentleman.

On one occasion Dale spoke about his meetings with Federal government officials. If Dale Blue could not lead them to reason no one of us can. He was quiet, unassuming, clear, rational and sharp.

A replacement? How do you replace the irreplaceable? He was one of our finest.
